Bill Frame is chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Kidder Mathews – the largest privately held commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, with 900 real estate professionals and staff in 20 offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona. Kidder Mathews offers a complete range of brokerage, appraisal, asset services, consulting, project and construction management, and debt & equity finance services for all property types. Bill is responsible for the strategic direction, continued growth, and financial oversight of the firm. He has been in commercial real estate for over 30 years. He has served on Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors, strategic planning committee, plus numerous other executive committees for most of his tenure.
Bill graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Accounting. He holds the prestigious designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Bill is a member of ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, and CBA. Prior to his executive roles, he was a perennial top-producing broker focused on corporate real estate, healthcare, office, and investment properties. He has earned the notable SIOR Office Broker of the Year award, plus he has received the following honors from the Puget Sound Business Journal: 2020, 2022, and 2023 Power 100 Honoree and 2022 Fast 50 Middle Market Honoree. Additional honors include CEO Today 2023 by CEO USA Awards and 2020 Top Executive to Know by the Portland Business Journal.
Bill has been an active advocate for cancer research and awareness. He serves on the advisory board of South Sound Care Foundation, and he is the founder of the Frame Family Foundation. Through the Frame Family Foundation, Bill has raised nearly two million dollars for cancer research and contributed to organizations such as the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and the Care Foundation for Cancer Research in Washington.
