An overview of the process for performing environmental site assessments (ESAs) on real estate holdings. An ESA is a report prepared that identifies potential or existing environmental contamination liabilities. This course will explore both Phase I and Phase II ESAs as well as when and how to order them. The practice of ESAs has become more common over the past several years due to increased redevelopment of older properties for re-use.
